hahahaha! go now and buy the kris aquino magazine holiday issue 2008! actually its loaded with cutie cutie stuff! and the parade of her chanel bags! love it! and the dresses from puey quinones! lovely clothes!!!....i am asked by a social friend of mine from bicol (who's also a bagaholic...ummm wanna steal one of her bag... louis vuitton, goyard or chanel!) to copy the make up of ms. kris aquino... pretty basic, this is done beautifully. we start with primer, let it sink into the skin for 5 minutes. followed by concealer just 1 shade lighter than your skin tone. then liquid foundation, set it with loose powder to last. now eyeshadow. i cannot gave you the exact color since when you view the picture scanned here it does have a generation lost as per colors are concern. so we improvise. brush beige color over the entire lid to even out the tone. next choose a medium color brown shadow from your pallete try using Dior duo 655 which is the diorchic and 785 diorever, brush the darker shade in the lid in an upward motion, the the lighter color to the brow bone. next is to line the eye, you can use liquid eyeliner for more dramatic effect and pencil liner to soften the look, both the lower and the upper lashline, don't forget to slightly smudge! ..next is the brow, for a lighter effect choose powder brow liner, should be slightly lighter than your hair color, fill the sparsed area. we go now to the cheek. with a soft blush brush, in circling motion brush to flush! use nars blush in orgasm the universally flattering cheek powder (period!) and the lippy! line with super neutral lip liner followed by a neutral lip color..try estee lauder rose tea lipstick (my favorite cream type)... and dab a little clear gloss....dyosa ka!

the latest from Dior! beauty noh! i really love the make up done like this. well, we can copy the look, just give me sometime to ramp around those beauty counters so we can copy the look! i really love brown shades! i hope we already have it here in manila! gorgeous!!!!!

Lightings might be palpak but i guess her make up is just right. To copy her make-up start with a clean face, prep with primer, i use nars make-up primer with spf 15. the followed by nars concealer in ginger. I mixed laura mercier oilfree foundation in honey beige and golden beige to get the exact color of her skin (since her skin is normal). i set it with nars loose power in eden to create the flawless look. Next i use powder brow liner that is laura mercier brow duo in medium taupey-grey ( i mixed both colors to get a color lighter than her hair). Her eyeshadow here in from Christian Dior in Brun, medium shimmery purple on the lid, ecru on the brow bone, i mix it with a deep purple color of nars in lulu and blend in well so no one know where the colors begins hehhehehe. eyeliner is chanel kohl in black and mascara is lash lenghtening mix with volumnizer. Now for the cheek, i choose two color from nars, zen and mata hari. Lips were line with nars in marine and lip color is nars also in afghan red. to make it look fuller i top it with clear lippy gloss of nars in tripple x! pretty preety, just the right make up not overpowering the bride!....if you have some question regarding the looks you want in your wedding day...write me.......God Blesses!

my christmas wishlist

as a make up artist i like to update my make up trainbox with the reasonable newproducts i know. Here are some of my wish list this christmas season....

1. Smashbox Encounter Brush! Whew! i really love the color of these brushes! with transparent handles and more importantly almost every piece of brush are usable. As of now its out of stock via smashbox.com luckily a friend of mine ordered for me in advance....for reasonably $ 63 free of shipping charge within u.s.....im excited na hahahhah!

2. Chanel Pro Lumiere Foundation...oilfree foundation, semi matte finish with spf15... a bit pricey but its worth.

3. Nars Eyeshadow in Isolde and Cordura - earthly shimmery. Do we have it here in Manila?

4. Tarte Cheek Stain in Doll Face and Tickled -for natural flushed. really want to have this.

5. Estee Lauder Night Repair Serum - super classic beauty potion. softly erases fine lines!

6. Turn Around Cream for Eyes - lightweight formula, diminishes fine lines, darkness and puffiness. i usually blend this with my concealer for a greater consistency.

7. Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Touch, Spf 55, 70 and 85 - super ultra protection. Active ingredient...avobenzone!!!!

8. Shu Uemura Cleansing Oil - needless to say. super gentle cleanser that worth the price.

9. Diorshow Mascara - the all in one mascara. lenghtens, curl and expands..thats all i need to make a lashful of lashes.

10. Shu Uemura Lash Curler - i have 3 of this now, i want more hahahhaha!
